Ingredients

- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp Maida (All-purpose flour)
- 3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Cheese
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic chopped
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet corn
- 1/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 200g Pasta
- Chilli flakes
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
For Pasta
-
- Boil water, add some salt and add pasta. Wait until its fully cooked
- When pasta gets cooked remove water and put pasta aside for future use.
For White Sauce
-
- Take a pan, add 2 tbsp. butter, melt it down properly on medium flames. Layer whole pan with melted butter.
- Now add 4 tbsp. of Maida in 2 batches and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes. Make sure it does not get brown.
- Pour milk in 3-4 batches. Stir everything using whisk until it becomes thick
- Now add 2 tbsp Cheese, stir everything gently and our sauce is ready
For the Vegies

- Take a pan and add 1 tbsp butter, melt it on medium flame.
- Add 1 onion chopped. Fry the onion properly.
- Add garlic chopped.
- Add capsicum, sweet corn and carrots, stir everything.
Final Step
-
- In the same pan add boil pasta and cook it for 1-2 minutes while stir everything slowly.
- Add white sauce which we had made earlier.
- Add chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and salt according to taste.
- Now mix everything gently and it is ready to serve.
